  We love the apartment itself and the community set-up as a whole. Our only complaint is that is very hard to call the front office. The times when we have called with a problem or question, we have gotten sent to an automated system, and the national line or phone tree. We wish there was an easier way to directly call our office and speak to someone who actually works at Saw Mill Village. Also, the "emergency maintenance" phone number is ineffective. We wish that the office felt more connected and local, and less big and corporate.
