  I'm really impressed with Raccoon Creek. After moving to Columbus from out of state, I was totally out of my depth trying to find somewhere to live, and was so lucky to find this place. The staff is really amazing and friendly, and my apartment feels new and clean. The tenants are generally pretty quiet, aside from the pool area in the summer because kids play there. Maintenance has been quick if ever needed, though in two years I think that's only been two or three times for minor issues. Some pros: Laundry is available 24/7, residents are friendly, you can choose to have assigned parking, pets are allowed (and everyone cleans up after their pets), services like snow plowing and garbage are reliable. One con is that none of the units - or the rental office - are handicap accessible. Everything is stairs, so be sure to not injure your leg or foot! I also wish the location was a bit closer to the "main" attractions of Columbus, like shopping malls, the zoo, etc. That's just personal preference though! You're still close to gas stations and grocery stores. There are plenty of parks nearby too. Overall I would definitely recommend Raccoon Creek.

  I am on my second lease and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are located close to all the stores and businesses you need but far enough away to be peaceful. Driving into the complex is always a pretty sight and the inside of my apartment is so much nicer than all the other apartments of similar price. The best thing though about Raccoon Creek Apartments is the staff. They are so kind and professional. I would absolutely recommend these apartments.
