  I paid a few months in advance. It has been 5 days since I closed out my unit. The Storage unit is cleaned out and swept. They refuse to give me my refund of unused months. They hung up the phone on me and have been giving me and my daughter the run around! Crappy service and very unprofessional. I will never rent from them again! Lawsuit is going to be filed immediately!!
